We started dealing with Kathy 2 years ago when we put our house on the market in Uxbridge after we moved to Southwest Ontario. Unfortunately there was a downturn in the market and we had to end up renting the house out for a couple years and she helped us with that. We then were lucky our tenants moved out early and we decided to list it through they assigned the lease in hopes someone wanted a long closing. The house sold very quickly in December - like the 2nd or 3rd people through. She dealt with all the craziness with the prior tenants and helped with the transition to the new tenant. The house was filthy when the new tenant moved in and helped us find cleaners. She help us find tradespeople when we felt our house was going to be dismantled in the last couple years before we sold it. Then this week when I already thought she needed combat pay with the house closing today - getting the pool opened with a tenant in it was major feat and on top of it all the prior tenant left ...
